Unfortunately, without more context or information about the Media Library Ministry program and the specific steps the user is taking when encountering the error, it is difficult to provide a solution. However, the error code 51368 may indicate a problem with the classification of media files in the program's library. The user could try reviewing and correcting any misclassified files, or reaching out to the program's support team for further assistance.
Is it possible to "switch off" the automatic allocation of accession number on each new item entry, in order to scan in a printed barcode specific to the library? When I attempt to override the allocated barcode by scanning in a orinted barcode, it reverts to the allocated number. The scanner and all the printed barcodes I have purchased are useless, a complete waste of almost $1000!!!! Can anyone help?

Per the manual: MLM requires specific labels, especially spine/pocket labels. We suggest you experiment with our sample data base and a plain sheet of 8 1/2 X 11 paper before committing to any one design. This way you will have the opportunity to see exactly how the final product will work. The are some labels that appear to be the same but have a smaller or larger font or may or may not have the barcode on the spine label.
Sources for mailing labels and barcode labels:
Avery 8160 - white copier labels, 30 labels per sheet
Any 8 1/2 by 11 inch paper with 30 (3 columns X 10 rows) labels per sheet will work correctly.
Cannot get past this error
